This strap combines the ultra-comfortable paratrooper elastic nylon found in Marine Nationale style watch straps with a classic slip-through design. Made of 1.5mm thick elastic nylon, the fabric has the perfect balance of style and comfort, providing just the right amount of stretch for a secure and comfortable fit on the wrist. Swapping straps is a breeze, as it can be done without the need for special tools (though a tool is included for removing the existing band). The Benchmark Basics Elastic One-Piece Strap is compatible with any traditional watch that uses standard spring bars, including popular brands like Timex, Fossil, Hamilton, Citizen, Omega, and Rolex. Simply measure the lug width of your existing watch or current strap to confirm the correct size. It's important to note that these straps may not work with most smartwatches, as the band may cover the heart rate monitor.

Changing between straps is a quick and easy process. Remove your existing strap using the provided spring bar tool, then re-insert the spring bars without the strap attached. To install the new watch band, feed the tip of the strap between the top spring bar and your watch, behind the case, and back through the spring bar at the bottom. Slide the watch up the strap and feed the strap tip through the extension keeper loop to secure it.
